Our Founder

SolutionsHR Asia Ltd is based in Changning, Shanghai, first established on March 2014 by a team of senior leaders from semiconductor related industries with more than 20 years’ experiences prior to that. Since we were practitioners in corporate industries, we thoroughly understand the background, and able to be competent partners to our clients. Our pioneers who embarked on this journey were Kong YH, Yvonne Yeoh and Irvin Tan. Our business focuses on the executive search for semiconductor, technology and electronic industries. We achieved tremendous growth in China, and subsequently in Asia. We then expanded our business to Hong Kong and then Malaysia in September 2015, based in Penang. Valar Subramaniam then came onboard in 2018, and set up the business office in Kuala Lumpur.

Our motto, “Turning Opportunity into Reality" resonates with the way we do work. We grow our clientele base in multinational companies, we serve many local big establishments and startup companies. We have diversified clients now from semiconductor and technology industry, to industries such as FMCG, E-commerce, Shared Service and Service in Asia region. Our business focuses on HR solutions, being our main driver is executive search business, we also provide overall workforce solution and professional training & consulting work.
